Requirements

• 18 years old and above
• Must be a graduate of Nan Hua Primary School

Membership Fees

• $500 (below 60 years of age)
• Free (for 60 years of age and above)

Instructions

Kindly take note of the following instructions.

When you have submitted your application online, you will be presented with an acknowledgement code. Please note down the acknowledgement code.

An email that contains a link will also be sent to the email address provided during registration. By clicking on the link, you will be directed to our document submission page to complete your online registration process. You will have to upload the following:

• Copies of your PSLE leaving cert or PSLE results slip to prove that you have graduated from Nan Hua Primary School (with your name, NRIC and Nan Hua Primary School indicated clearly). If you do not have it, please obtain it from Ministry Of Education.
  Note: Do not submit slip that does not have Nan Hua Primary School, your name and NRIC indicated, as these will not be considered.

• Your application will be reviewed by the committee. Once approved, the system will notify you via email with the necessary information to access our members' only area.
